Law enforcement officers found 900 tons of smuggled textiles to the amount of 120-200 million UAH in Odessa, said acting head of the security Service of Ukraine Ivan Bakanov at a briefing on Tuesday in Kyiv.

According to him, shipment of smuggled textiles, comparable to 40% of the annual volume of supplies of such products in Ukraine revealed in Kharkov.

“We are talking about 900 tons of textiles, accounting for nearly 40% of annual supply of textile in Ukraine,” – said Bakanov.

He noted that the cost of goods is valued at from 120 to 200 million UAH.
