Alexander Rakhmanov
The dictator has appointed a new Deputy Secretary of the security Council.
Deputy Secretary of security Council appointed 42-year-old Aleksandr Rakhmanov. Previously, he was the head of the Investigative Committee of the Brest region.
The position in the security Council was freed after the arrest of Andrei Vtyurin, writes nn.by.
Alexander Rakhmanov was born on 25 July 1976 in Liozno Vitebsk region. He graduated from the Belarusian state University, specialty “jurisprudence” (1998).
In 1998-2000 he worked in Vitebsk in the Department for combating organized crime, in 2000-2004 — in office of public Prosecutor of the Brest region. Later he continued his career in the police, where he carried out departmental control of investigation of criminal cases. The last post in the Ministry of interior — Deputy head of the UVD of the Brest regional Executive Committee, head of the preliminary investigation.
In 2007-2012, he worked in the security Council where he was involved in drafting legislation.
In 2012-2017 was the head of the Brest Department of the Investigative Committee.
