“I would have taken the help of (Colombian President Ivan) Duque? I would take it even from the devil if it was beneficial for the health of the people (in Venezuela)”, − he stressed.
He also noted that the elections to the National Assembly (unicameral Parliament) to be held in 2020, can be postponed to a later date due COVID-19.
“I don’t know whether the (parliamentary) elections this year. Today it would be irresponsible of me to say that the elections will be held,” said the Venezuelan leader.
He added that this issue will be resolved by the Supreme court.
