The French leader added that relies on the Normandy format and Minsk process, as the way de-escalate the situation in Eastern Ukraine, reports UKRINFORM.

“I reminded President Putin, who seeks to achieve through the Normandy format and Minsk process of de-escalation of the conflict,” he said.

Macron also said that he wants to hold a new round of negotiations in “Norman format” with Germany and Ukraine to have a full analysis of the situation.

“Also, in the framework of the “Norman format” we must have a comprehensive report of the Special monitoring mission of the OSCE,” – said the President of France.
