The adoption by the state Duma in the third final reading the draft law on toughening the administrative responsibility for the fans for breaking the rules of conduct in the stadiums is not worth to be directly associated with carrying out in Russia of a major international football tournaments. Game of the confederations Cup will be held from 17 June to 2 July 2017 in four cities of Russia. The matches of the 2018 world Cup will be played from 14 June to 15 July at 12 stadiums in 11 cities of the country.
