GLASGOW /UK/, 4 Aug. /Offset. TASS Artem Kuznetsov/. Medal of the Russian athletes who are now in neutral status athletes will not count for the national team in the United League of Europe. About this TASS said the head of Department on public relations of the European athletics Association (EA) James Mulligan.

United European Championships in summer Olympic sports was launched on Friday in Glasgow. The Russian team tops the medal standings, on account of her four gold medals (they were won in swimming, synchronized swimming and track). Athletes will compete on August 6 in Berlin. Since the membership of the all-Russian athletics Federation (vfla) in the international organization suspended its athletes compete abroad in the status of authorized neutral athletes (ANA ).

Membership of the club in the International Association of athletics federations, was suspended in November 2015 for doping violations. Next time the issue of restoration of Russian athletics will be considered in December.

The joint championship will last till August 13.
