MOSCOW, August 18. /TASS/. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree which extended the term of office Vladimir Urine on a post of the General Director of the Bolshoi theatre for five years. Document published on the government website.
“To appoint the Urine of Vladimir Georgievich General Director of Federal state budgetary institution of culture “State academic Bolshoi theatre of Russia” for five years”, – stated in the order.
Urin was appointed General Director of the Bolshoi theatre in July 2013. In February of this year, Russian President Vladimir Putin supported the proposal of the Ministry of culture to extend the contract with Uranim.
The Minister of culture Vladimir Medinsky previously noted that the urin in the Soviet Union was one of the youngest Directors of theatres, and his work at the head of the state he described as successful, putting on a great creative and economic indicators .
