MOSCOW, may 5. /TASS/. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev instructed the Minister of transport to apply the experience of the Moscow region for the repair of roads in Omsk, from a decision following the meeting on 25 April, published on the website of the Cabinet.

“The Ministry of transport of Russia jointly with the Executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to consider introducing an interactive software complex providing public quality control of road works, using the experience of the Moscow region, as well as the development of common rules of his work in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation”, – is spoken in the message of the government .

Medvedev set a deadline for the completion of the priority project “Safe and high-quality roads” until September 30, 2017, and the program “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” until November 1, 2017.

The same document, the Prime Minister instructed the Federal Antimonopoly service of Russia “to consider the possibility of attracting major road organizations through the consolidation of lots by combining several contracts.”

Priority project “Safe and quality roads” is being implemented in 37 major cities across the country. According to the project, the road needs to be given to the regulatory state. This year in total it is planned to build and refurbish about 5 thousand km of roads.
