Iraq embraced the protests

The riots are the requirements for authorities to solve the problem of unemployment and to get rid of corruption.

During mass protest actions in Iraq, killing 104 people, six thousand were injured, reported by INA on Sunday, October 6.

According to the interior Ministry of Iraq, among the victims were eight police officers, the other 96 people were demonstrators. Two law enforcement officers and two members of the protests were killed by unknown hands.

Recall, October 1, the protests began in Baghdad. Later they covered not only the capital and several provinces. The demonstrators demanded the resignation of the government, as well as improving living conditions, solving problems in healthcare, education and in the labour market, the fight against corruption.

Earlier it was reported about 65 dead and almost 2 thousand wounded during the protests.
