The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia said that “open to constructive dialogue and mutually beneficial cooperation”.

The Russian foreign Ministry said that sooner or later Ukraine and Russia will come to the necessity of restoring full ties.

This is stated in the circulation Department on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of friendship, cooperation and partnership.

“Despite the openly hostile actions of the current Kiev authorities do not tire of repeating that the Russian side is open to constructive dialogue and mutually beneficial cooperation”, – said the Russian foreign Ministry.

It is noted that “a coup d’etat in Kiev” has led to the fact that the current relations between Russia and Ukraine “is far from the spirit and letter of the Treaty of 1997” .

“We have no doubt that sooner or later we will come to need to restore full-fledged relations between our countries and peoples,” the Ministry added.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian foreign Ministry today spoke about the difficulties of introducing a visa regime with Russia.
