For the first time in Ukraine the law enforcement officers for the protection of public order will use three equipped with modern equipment of the vehicle and a helicopter.

To ensure security and order during mass events, the national police will use the latest technologies, announced Deputy head of national police of Ukraine Konstantin Bushuev.

“For the first time in Ukraine the law enforcement officers for the protection of public order will use three specially equipped with modern equipment of the vehicle and a helicopter. On this day, may 7,” – said in a statement on the Ministry website on Sunday evening.

To ensure security and law and order the police will use two vehicles that are equipped with modern appliances. The third car will use the national guard. Transport will be used for the fixation and transmission of information online in the Situational centers of the National police of Ukraine.

According to the Deputy head of the national police of Ukraine, during carrying out mass actions situational vehicles will be placed near a mass congestion of citizens that will allow to master the situation and to react immediately to any event.

“This enables us to quickly obtain the video from a particular point and analyze the state of Affairs, and therefore to make management decisions on the use of forces and means, special equipment and all the available resource that is subject to the protection of public order”, – said K. Bushuev.

He also added that the vehicles are also equipped with appliances which has access to all departmental information resources.

In addition, law enforcement officers during mass events, including during the international song contest “Eurovision-2017”, will use the modern helicopter. It is equipped with special equipment, which has the capability commit offences and children who live in Situation centers of Ukraine.

K. Bushuev said that modern technologies which are introduced in the police, identify persons and suspicious things. This practice is very progressive for the police.

“This practice we have used for the first time. Positive experience you will receive will continue to be used because these technical solutions the very large potential,” he said.
