The ceremony of reburial of remains of Soviet soldiers who died during the Second world war, took place on Wednesday in the village of Hatne (Kievo-Svyatoshinskiy district, Kyiv region) with the participation of one of the founders of the “Opposition platform For life”, people’s Deputy Yuriy Boyko.
“Today was the buried remains of 24 soldiers, three of them were identified. Traditionally, participation in a rally-Requiem took the founder of “the Opposition platform For life,” Yury Boyko, who is honorary President of the team “Dnepr-Ukraine”, dedicated to the search for the remains of fallen soldiers,” – said in a statement on the website “platform of the Opposition For life.”
Boyko appealed to the audience: “here with us Today, 51 participant of the great Patriotic war. … God grant them health that they stay with us. And it is our duty to do for them this day as a holiday.“
The leader of the search team “Dnepr-Ukraine” Sergey Raspashnykh said that in 15 years managed to find the remains of 1125 warriors of them identified 170. “The reburial was done here in Hatne, and in another six settlements of Ukraine”, – he said.
