NOVOSIBIRSK, December 29. /TASS/. The Novosibirsk region will receive 1 billion rubles in 2018 on the implementation of the project “Safe and quality roads.” On Friday reported the press service of the regional government.

“Novosibirsk region will receive 1 billion roubles for financial provision of road activities within the framework of the project “Safe and high-quality roads” in 2018. Co-financing of the regional budget is expected to amount to 1.1 billion rubles, local budgets – 288,1 million rubles,” the report States.

Work will be performed in Novosibirsk, and in the cities of Berdsk, Iskitim, Ob’, Koltsovo, as well as on regional and intermunicipal roads.

As previously reported, in 2017 the region has been renovated 123,5 km of roads, only repair was carried out on 60 objects, 55 of them are completed, another 5 – passing objects to the next year . In particular, next year it is planned to complete the reconstruction of the important highway Novosibirsk – the village Garden, which will guarantee free passage out of the centre of Novosibirsk on the highway towards Northern bypass in 2019.
