Malinovsky district court of Odessa has acquitted the former head of the Odessa customs Yulia Marushevska in the appointment of a premium in the amount of 500 UAH, which prosecutors considered an administrative offence.

As the correspondent of “Interfax-Ukraine”, at the beginning of the meeting on Monday, the Prosecutor made a proposal to drop charges against Yu Marushevskaya. Judge Alex Starikov, after hearing the parties and examining the case materials, decided in favor of the former head of the Odessa customs.
