OOO “Anna, Heath Kea” (Odessa) appealed to the Fifth appellate administrative court of Odessa, filed a complaint against the decision of the State service for medicines and drug control (Prepared) on the revocation of his pharmacy license.

According to the report on the website of the state Service, the appeal of this network of pharmacies will be considered by judge Andrei Bitov, previously stopped action of the order of the Administration to revoke the license.

The matter is scheduled for consideration on December 17, 2019 at 15:00.

As reported, in may 2019, the Republic revoked the license of the pharmacy network LLC “the heart of Health care”, noting that among the drugs, the implemented network was discovered drugs, the quality of which did not meet the requirements of normative documents.

The basis for disbarment was the repeated violation by the licensee of the licensing conditions. “In particular, the results of unplanned events only one pharmacy institution was identified and prohibited 75 series 65 kinds of medicines of inadequate quality and those that are not officially imported to Ukraine”, – informs the state service on medicinal products.

The company has filed an administrative claim in the Odessa district administrative court, as well as the statement on the adoption of measures to secure the claim by suspending the order of the Administration to revoke the license.

However, the court dismissed the application on taking measures of securing a claim, after which the society filed an appeal in the Fifth appellate administrative court, which the judge granted Bits, stopping the operation of the order of the Administration in terms of revocation of the license.

September 23, 2019 the Odessa district administrative court refused satisfaction of the claim of OOO “Anna, Heath Kea” in full.

The network has more than 30 pharmacies in the Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson regions and Kyiv.

According to the state register, the beneficiary OOO “Anna,Hal Kea” is a citizen of India Goel Anuj living in Odessa.
