The panel of judges of the Primorsky district court of Odessa I sentenced another member of the terrorist group involved in the blasting of a building of management of SB of Ukraine in Odessa region on September 27, 2015.

“The convicted person was the driver of the group and directly carried out the reconnaissance before the explosion. For participation in a terrorist organization (part 1 of article 258-3 of the criminal code) and the attack (part 2 of article 258 of the criminal code), he received 8 years in prison”, – stated in the message a press-the SB center of Ukraine, published on Wednesday morning.

In the secret service recalled that I established all involved in this crime, and informed to 4.5 years in prison was sentenced observer of terrorists.

Directly to the customer and coordinator of the attack is in the international wanted list. “From the Ukrainian justice he hides in Russia and temporarily uncontrollable Ukraine territories”, – stated in the message.

Also, now there is a trial against the organizer and the direct executor of the terrorist act. He faces 12 years in prison.

“None of the terrorists will not escape responsibility for his crime. Wherever they fled, and where today didn’t hide – justice will catch up with all of them”, – assured the security service of Ukraine.
