TASS, February 12. The organization of countries – exporters of oil (OPEC) has raised its estimate of world oil demand in 2017 to 97,01 million barrels per day (+30 thousand bpd), the report of OPEC. In addition, the forecast for global oil demand in 2018, increased by 90 thousand barrels – up to 98,6 million barrels per day.

In addition, the cartel has raised its estimate of growth in world oil demand in 2017 by 30 thousand barrels per day in 2018 by 60 thousand barrels per day. Thus, the growth in world oil demand in 2017 – to 1.6 million barrels per day in 2018 1.59 million barrels.
