Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy paruby signed the law No. 7000 “On State budget of Ukraine to 2018”, according to the official website of the Ukrainian Parliament.

As noted in the status of the passage of the bill, it was signed and sent to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on Friday, December 22.

The state budget for 2018 built on the forecast of GDP growth at 3% when inflation is 9%, and a hryvnia exchange rate to 30.1 UAH/$1 at the end of the year.

The vote was passed the document with incomes 913,6 billion UAH, expenses 988,6 billion, respectively, 18.4% and 17.5% higher than in the budget 2017. Including the General Fund is projected to grow revenues by 19.6% to 839,8 billion UAH, expenses – by 18.1%, to 906,7 billion.

Limit the size of the budget deficit identified at the level of 81.8 billion UAH, which is only a 5.4% increase in budget 2017, as the General Fund is expected even a decrease of 1% to 61.7 billion UAH.

Given the increased government in the preparation of the budget for the second reading of the forecast of nominal gross domestic product (GDP) next year from 3.25 trillion UAH to 3.33 trillion UAH, the deficit of 2.46 percent of GDP, which corresponds to a cooperation program with the International monetary Fund.

Provides for raising the minimum wages in Ukraine from 1 January 2018 16.3% – to 3 thousand 723 UAH per month, and also the government was instructed to study the possibility of its increase after the first quarter of next year.

Living wage set at the level of 1 thousand 700 UAH from 1 January 2018, 1 777 thousand UAH, from 1 July, 1 853 thousand UAH – from 1 December.
