YALTA, April 21. /TASS/. Regular passenger transport service between the resorts on the coast of the Kuban and the Crimea will open in 2019. This was announced by Vice-Governor of the Krasnodar region Andrey Alekseenko in the framework of the Yalta international economic forum (AMEF).
“Preparation of regular passenger transport service between cities on the black sea coast – Sochi, Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, Anapa, in order to link them to the Crimea. The constant sea traffic in the territory of the Krasnodar region to organize the world Cup in 2018. It is assumed that in 2019 the route will extend, the court will also regularly visit to Yalta and Sevastopol”, – quotes Alekseenko, the press-service of administration of Krasnodar region.
According to the Vice-Governor, on the line involves “a new, fast, comfortable, roomy” ships, now under their construction . The Vice Governor also said that since the beginning of the summer season it is planned to increase the number of flights from cities of Krasnodar Krai to the Crimea. From Sochi, they will be continued daily, from Krasnodar to five days a week. The schedule will run until October 26.
As told by the Governor of Kuban Veniamin Kondratiev, it is necessary to consider the question of air links between Simferopol and Anapa, and Gelendzhik. The issue can be included in a joint strategy of the Kuban and the Crimea.
