MOSCOW, September 4. /TASS/. The Secretary of the Russian security Council Nikolai Patrushev arrived in Seoul, where he will hold consultations on security issues.

“Patrushev arrived in Seoul to conduct the Russian-Korean consultations on security issues,” – said the press service of the Russian security Council.
