Ukrainian lawyer and former Deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych Andriy Portnov said that during questioning at the Prosecutor spoke about the role of the head of the Department of special investigation, Sergey Gorbatyuk and guidance of the General Prosecutor’s office in the concealment of mass murder at Independence square in Kiev in 2014.
