MOSCOW, July 18. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will discuss with the ambassadors of the Russian Federation in foreign States 19 Jul global security and stability, and combating terrorism. About it reported in a press-service of the Kremlin.

“Special attention will be given to issues related to the maintenance of global security and stability, countering terrorism and extremism, with the participation of Russia in resolving regional conflicts and crises, – stated in the message. – The President will be affected and the problems of improving the efficiency of Eurasian integration processes, as well as expansion of mutually beneficial trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian ties with leading partners of the Russian Federation” .

In addition, the President’s speech at meeting with Russian ambassadors and permanent representatives of the Russian Federation will have defined the key tasks of Russian diplomacy. “These include further strengthening of Russia’s role in the international arena, the protection of national interests, creation of favorable external conditions for the development of the economy and improve the quality of life of the population, ensuring the rights and freedoms of Russian citizens and compatriots abroad”, – noted in the Kremlin.

According to the established practice, the meeting of ambassadors and permanent representatives are held every two years. This event is the ninth in a row. It invited the heads of government of the Russian Federation, chambers of the Federal Assembly, Russian ministries and departments involved in international activities, representatives of scientific and expert community and business circles.
