MOSCOW, April 18. /TASS/. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin congratulated President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the victory of his supporters in the referendum in Turkey, confirmed the TASS press Secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov.
