Appointed new commanders of the black sea and Northern fleet of the Russian Federation.

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has appointed Admiral Nicholas evmenova commander in chief of the Navy, and replaced the commanders of the black sea and Northern fleets, RBC reports with reference to TASS.
