Using the popular messaging app WhatsApp is distributed emails with the offer of ordinary Italians to 200 euros for a good video review about Putin, Russia and the Russian “aid” of Italy, according to Repubblica (translation by zn.ua).

According to media reports, Moscow is trying to improve the tarnished image of Putin’s Russia, for that she uses social networking and the fake spontaneous video.

Reporters learned that the Kremlin’s propaganda campaign involved some Russian living in Italy. Coordinating this campaign a kind of “Russian media”.

Russian inhabitants of Italy offered to send his Italian friends and acquaintances offer to record a positive video review and post it to Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
