The head of the program “Regional development” Ukrainian Institute for the future, adviser to the former head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration Yuriy Golik is convinced that Ukraine should abandon the practice of road construction in separate plots. He said this in an interview.
“For Example, Kiev-Odessa. It’s another Georgy Kirpa built. It can be a time to build, and everything? And every year we hear that this year we are building a site in Uman, last year we build a station in Kirovograd region, a poor area on the outskirts of Kiev can’t 3 years to build,” – said Golik.
According to him, if you do the whole way at once, “at some point we will come to normal roads.”
Yuri Golik gave another example – when a very small section of the highway Zaporozhye-Mariupol in Donetsk region are doing different companies.
