MOSCOW, August 3. /TASS/. The President of JSC “Novoship” (part of the shipping company “SCF”), Yuri Tsvetkov was appointed head of the Federal Agency of Maritime and river transport (Rosmorrechflot). The corresponding decree was published on Friday on the website of the Russian government.
“To appoint Tsvetkov Yuri Alexandrovich Deputy Minister of transport of the Russian Federation – the head of Federal Agency of sea and river transport”, – the document says .
