Russia drew the attention of the UN Security Council on the disastrous health situation in the South-East of Ukraine, whose residents do not receive necessary medicines and medical care because of the blockade of Donbass, as well as attacks by the security forces. Speaking at the debate in the security Council, the acting permanent representative of Russia to the UN, Peter Ilichev said that Russia, unlike the Ukrainian authorities, providing large-scale aid to the population of the neighboring country .
