“VTB Bank” has addressed in Economic court of Odessa region with the requirement to collect 15 million dollars (391 912 170,00 UAH) with the company “Odessaoblenergo”.

We are talking about debt on the credit agreement dated may 29, 2008, according to the Duma.

The Bank also filed a motion for interim relief.

“VTB Bank” was founded by a Russian financial institution, a 60.9% stake of which is owned by the state.

25% of actions “Odessaoblenergo” belongs to Ukraine, 32,5183% – the company “VS energy international Ukraine” (Kiev), of 17.98% of the company V. S. Energy International N. V. (the Netherlands).

VS Energy is controlled by Russian businessmen Alexander Babakov, Evgeny Giner, Mikhail Voevodin and Sergey Shapovalov .
