PESARO /Italy/, September 3. /TASS/. The national team of Russia in rhythmic gymnastics in the part of Anastasia Bliznyuk, Evgenia Levanova, Maria Kravtsova, Anastasia Tatarevo and Maria Tolkacheva has won the world championship in group exercises with three balls and two jump ropes.

The competition was held in Italian Pesaro.

The Russians scored 18,900 points. Second place went to Japanese athletes (18,650), the third was the team of Bulgaria (18,600).

Team Russia won the medal table, winning seven gold, five silver and one bronze medals. Second place went to the team of Italy (1-0-0), third – team Japan (0-1-3)

World championship in rhythmic gymnastics ended on 3 September .
