Between Moscow and Minsk does not exist intergovernmental agreement, whereby the issue of deploying a Russian military base in a friendly country is not worth it.
This became known from the statement of the official diplomatic representative of the Russian Federation in Minsk Alexander Surikov, reports “Russian conversation”.
According to him, such issues as the formation of military facilities in Belarus, never considered.
“No military base on the territory of a foreign country, including Belarus, can not be placed without an intergovernmental agreement, but it is not”, – concluded the Ambassador.
We will remind, not so long ago it was reported some reduction in the volume of transportation of oil products from Russia to Belarus.
Previously, “Russian conversation” broadcast that appeared in the media information about inexpediency of such supplies for the Department of energy . The authorities of the Russian Federation explained that in Belarus it is a powerful enterprise for oil refining.
