The Deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ruslan Ryaboshapka predicts the decisions of the Parliament concerning the reform of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, today during the day.

“If the President said Yes, we will do that. Quickly and efficiently,” said Ryaboshapka reporters on Thursday, after a solemn meeting of the Parliament, answering a question about whether he is ready to lead the attorney General’s office.

On the question of when to expect decisions on the reform of the General Prosecutor, the Deputy head of President’s Office said, “I Think that today”.

“Before a formal decision, I can’t comment on that (the reform of the Prosecutor General – if)… Can the evening to talk about it,” added riaboshapka.

As reported, on 23 July the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that the Deputy head of the Office of the President Ryaboshapka considered as one of the candidates for the post of Prosecutor General of Ukraine. The attorney General Lutsenko said that he would resign from the post of the Parliament’s 9th convocation will start to work.
