MAKHACHKALA, July 10. /TASS/. Security forces again detained the former Minister of health of Dagestan, Tank Ibragimov in connection with the identification of additional episodes of embezzlement of budget funds during his tenure as the Minister of health, reported TASS on Tuesday a source in law enforcement structures of the Republic.

“On Tuesday, Ibragimov was arrested again. Were identified additional episodes of embezzlement during his tenure as Minister, it was decided to arrest him. Materials will be sent to the court for re-election to it measures of restraint. Law enforcement agencies will insist on the arrest,” – said the source.

Security forces 7 July raided the house Ibragimov in Makhachkala, and then detained him . According to the source TASS in the power structures of the Republic, the former head of the Ministry of health of the region is suspected of several crimes, including abuse of office and embezzlement of budget funds allocated for the purchase of medical equipment.

On the eve of the Kirov district court of Makhachkala sent Ibragimov under house arrest.

56-year-old Ibragimov headed the Ministry of health of Dagestan in February 2013. Since the beginning of February 2018, was the acting head of the Ministry. In early April, the acting head of Dagestan Vladimir Vasilyev has accepted the resignation of Ibragimov.
