The draft budget resolution for three years does not provide for the recapitalization of state banks from 2018 at the expense of budgetary funds, said first Deputy Minister of Finance Oksana Markarova.
“We are now in the final stages of developing a budget resolution in three years. We do not envisage 2018 any capitalization of banks, it is our strategic position,” she said, introducing the draft reform of the public banking sector, during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on financial policy and banking in Kiev on Wednesday .
