The Director of the National anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) Sytnyk expect the judges of the District administrative court of Kyiv (OASC) will be investigated by the SBU as evidence to the inquiry is enough.
“In my opinion, what was presented to me and the head of the Department of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, convincing enough to show the public what is really going on in the Administrative court of Kiev”, – Sytnik told reporters on Thursday in Kyiv.
According to him, was received specific evidence.
“It has been declared suspicious. But, unfortunately, today it is not in the NEB, and to predict how will the events develop further, it is difficult for me. As far as I know, the case will be transferred to the Central apparatus of the SBU, because it was my written request to the attorney General about not to refer the case to the state Bureau of investigation – formally, it is the jurisdiction of the RRT – due to the fact that the films are also representatives of the RRT,” – said Sytnik.
“Today we finished and had a conversation that was included to the group of detectives to NAB, we will continue to further develop this subject, because what we showed is a relatively small part of what is recorded,” added the Director of the Bureau.
