The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) is asking anyone who has real evidence and documents confirming the right of ownership to the group, VS Energy of the Russian Deputy Alexander Babakov, provide them to the Committee.

“In mass media appeared information that allegedly the real ultimate beneficiaries of VS Energy group is a natural person – the citizen of the Russian Federation Alexander Babakov. The AMC now has no documentary evidence of this information. In this regard, we ask everyone who has information and documents confirming that the person in control group VS Energy, send them in Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine”, – reported on the website of the Department.

As reported, AMC March 1, 2017 allowed LLC “VS energy international Ukraine” to acquire more than 50% of the shares of the power company PJSC “Chernivtsioblenergo”.

A. Babakov is under sanctions of the European Union .
