World news: ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack on tourists in Tajikistan

Terrorist group “ISIS” has claimed responsibility for the attack on foreign tourists in Tajikistan, which occurred on Sunday. This was announced on Monday by the AFP news Agency with reference to the SITE organization, which monitors the activities of extremists on the Internet.

According to the interior Ministry of Tajikistan, on Sunday around 15:30 (13:30 in Kiev) in Dangara district of Khatlon region of the Republic of the car in which were four men ran into a group of seven people traveling on bicycles. Three tourists died on the spot, another died subsequently in hospital. The others received minor injuries. Among the victims were two U.S. citizens, Swiss citizen and a citizen of the Netherlands.

Law enforcement agencies of Tajikistan have said they are considering various motives of the attackers, including a terrorist attack. The Ministry of internal Affairs announced on Monday that all the persons wanted in the case of hitting on tourists, eliminated.
