The Cabinet of Ministers announced a new competition for the position of head of the National health service of Ukraine (NSTU).
An announcement posted on the job portal of the state service on Friday.
Eligible candidates will be accepted till may 25.
Among the requirements, in particular, experience in positions of public service of a category “A” or “B” or in positions not lower than heads of departments in local government or experience in management positions in the field of public financial guarantees medical care for at least three years.
Such a requirement, in particular, makes it impossible to participate in the contest representatives of NCSU.
In addition, a number of requirements – higher education not lower than master’s, total work experience at least seven years, fluent in the Ukrainian language, foreign language, which is one of the official languages of the Council of Europe (English and/or French).
As reported, on Wednesday at the government meeting the Minister of health, Maxim Stepanov said that the contest for the post of Chairman of the National health service (United NSSO) the winner has not been determined.
Before that, the three finalists held in January of the competition for the position of head of NCSU passed the interview with the Minister.
The competition for the position took place in early January 2020. The results of the two stages of the competition the highest number of points scored and were included in the shortlist, the acting head of NCSU Oksana Movchan, the results of the two stages scored 11.73 points, the Deputy head of NSTU Natalia riabtseva, scored 11.33 points, and the Director of the Department of contractual work of NSSO Andrey vilenskiy, scored 8.83 score.
As reported, according to the decision of the Commission on higher corps of civil service National Agency for civil service, to the next stage of the competition for the head of NCSU – interview with the Minister of health, had admitted three of the seven candidates, all three represent NCSU.
The competition was attended by eight candidates. In the first stage (testing) of the competition has been eliminated, ex-Deputy from Party of regions Andrey Shipko.
