MOSCOW, March 22. /TASS/. Basmanny court of Moscow sanctioned the arrest until may 21, six of the defendants in the case about the theft of no less than 225 million rubles in the construction of the object of Federal significance. About TASS reported the press service of the court.
“The court chose a measure of restraint in form of detention in respect of all six defendants in the case,” said court spokesman Juno Tsarev .

As reported earlier on Wednesday the representative of SK of the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko, Director FGUP “Ateks” Andrew Fireplaces, his former Deputy and CEO of the company “Stroyfasad” Stanislav kuner, ex-CEO of JSC “Stroykomplekt” Dmitry Torchinsky, and three of the St. Petersburg businessmen – Andrey Rodionov, Sergey Perevalov and Sergei Litvinov – were detained on the results of the FSB and FSO of Russia a complex of investigative actions and operational activities. According to investigators, they were involved in the embezzlement during the construction of the “Object No. 53” FSO Russia Ogaryovo – the house of receptions of the Russian President. The damage amounted to 225 million rubles, with the total construction cost of over 5 billion rubles.
Criminal proceedings were instituted under two articles of the criminal code – part 4 of article 159 (“Fraud”) and article 210 of the criminal code (“Organization of criminal community”).
