In the Hague began the court of justice on the claim of Ukraine against Russia. Among the speakers was Professor Harold Honju CoE, who acted on behalf of Ukraine, reports European truth.

“I’m not saying that all those who are fighting in Eastern Ukraine are terrorists. There is a clear definition of what terrorism is attacks on civilians,” he said.

He noted that “according to newspaper reports we all see”, that the majority of members of illegal armed groups “fighting against the Ukrainian army.”

“But here it’s not about them”, – said the lawyer.

Harold Honju CoE recalled the downed MH-17, attacks on civilian areas of Mariupol, Avdiivka and other acts against civilians.

“Russia provides they (militants) are especially dangerous support (supplying arms)”, – he stressed.

“Your honor, if Russia really doesn’t do these things, you will have no problems to comply with provisional measures”, – he addressed to the court with a request to support temporary events, which include, among others, a direct prohibition on the continued support of Pro-Russian separatists.

We will remind, on January 16, the Ukrainian foreign Ministry has submitted the claim against Russia to the international court of justice in the Hague.
