Circumferentially administrative court of Kyiv obliged the Ukrainian security Service to provide reasons for the decision to 5-year ban to enter the territory of Ukraine the citizen of the Russian Federation Natalia Poryvai, known as singer Natasha Koroleva.
“Today in the District administrative court of Kyiv held a hearing on the suit Natalia Poryvai to the security Service of Ukraine on 5-year ban for him to enter the territory of Ukraine. The court granted the petition of the representative of the plaintiff on the taking of evidence. In particular, he asked the SBU to provide a copy of the certificate, which indicates that the circumstances that were the basis for the adoption of the decision to ban Natalia Poryvai to enter the territory of Ukraine”, – said the press service of the court on Thursday.
As noted, the District administrative court adjourned the hearing and gave time SBU to familiarize with the case materials and to submit written explanations .
The next hearing will take place on 20 April 2017.
As reported, on October 21 2016, the SBU banned for 5 years from entering Ukraine the citizen of the Russian Federation Natasha Koroleva
N. The Queen appealed to the District administrative court of Kiev to recognize illegal and cancel the decision of the SBU banning her to enter the territory of Ukraine.
The district administrative court of Kyiv has opened proceedings in this case and set a hearing for March 16, 2017.
