Solomenskiy district court of Kyiv has released on bail former MP Mykola Martynenko. The decision was announced by judge Alexander bobrivnyk.

Martynenko gave bail to 15 people’s deputies, Minister of youth and sport Igor Zhdanov, the Deputy Chairman of the Central election Commission Andriy Bars.

Martynenko said he was pleased with the court’s decision.

“I’m not going anywhere”, he added.

The Prosecutor Roman Simkiv noted that the appeal will be submitted to the decision of the court.

“Now this decision will accomplish, however, will be to state its position in the appeal”, – said the Prosecutor.
