MOSCOW, July 22. /TASS/. The day of Russian Boxing in 2018 will be celebrated in red square in Moscow. About it to journalists was declared by the Secretary General of Federation of Boxing of Russia Umar Kremlev.

Participants in the mass training Boxing in Russia has set the Guinness record

“Next year will also be noted here. But it will be a larger event with the participation of all regions”, – said the Kremlin.

Holiday Boxing Day is celebrated in Russia on July 22. This date was fixed in 2017.

In the framework of festive events on red square held a mass training in Boxing, in which both participated 3 thousand people. This figure is a record and the results of the consideration may be included in the Guinness Book of records . Also during the festival will be held the evening of professional Boxing.

The President of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) Ching-Kuo Wu, has approved July 22 as the International day of Boxing.
