The Deposit guarantee Fund of individuals (fgvfl) re-put up for Dutch auction of non-residential building of the Central stadium “Chernomorets” on the street Marazlievskaya street 1/20 in Odessa for 733.2 million UAH.

According to the report on the website of the Fund, the auction for the sale of the pool of assets of insolvent Imeksbank, which includes the stadium, will take place on 26 September 2019. The organizer of the auction – LLC “Post financial network Ukraine”.

Lot also includes claims under 40 contracts concluded with legal entities. The total area of real estate, located in the historical centre of Odessa, which is sold as a single lot, to 80.3 thousand sq. m.

The stadium “Chernomorets” includes, in addition to sporting activities, a business centre and a restaurant, with a total area of 10.7 thousand UAH fitness center (4.3 thousand sq m), hotel (9.8 thousand square meters), underground Parking, etc.

According to the DGF, the last full reconstruction of the stadium took place in 2011. The stadium “Chernomorets” allows you to place the stands more than 34 thousand people. A significant portion of the stands are protected from precipitation.

As reported, the starting selling price of this pool of assets 733,25 million UAH, which is five times lower than the initial price (3.66 billion UAH).

Previously, these assets have been exhibited at the auction on ProZorro.Sales and three times already through FFN, but since no one showed interest, which leads to lower prices, noted in the DGF.
