The ground handling company “Aerohandling” engaged in ground handling at Boryspil airport, apologized for the fact that the airline “Ukraine International airlines” PS55 “Kiev-Odessa” on may 26, flew away, leaving some of the passengers who have registered at the airport.

Apologies on behalf of the company brought by the General Director of “Aerohandling” Oleg Golokhvastov in the social network Facebook.

In the company of MAU commented on the incident, saying that the situation occurred by mistake of the staff supports the company “Aerohandling”.

“At the moment, all the remaining passengers of the flight PS055 will be provided with food and bus to Odessa,” wrote a staff member under the post one of the affected passengers.

In turn, the General Director of “Aerohandling” stated that the incident occurred due to the deterioration of the health of the employee of ground handling company.

“On behalf of the company Aerohandling, which catered to the flight PS55 in the terminal, I apologize for this situation. The cause of the failure in the transmission of information was the health of one of the company’s employees, which suddenly worsened. A preliminary diagnosis of a minor stroke. Now we work hard to quickly fix the consequences of this incident and send passengers to Odessa,” wrote Golokhvastov in the comments to the post about the customary with the UIA PS55 situation.

Official reports about the incident on the resources of the MAU was not published.

At the same time, the company announced that it has decided to introduce a woman who grossly violated the rules of conduct on Board the flight PS992 Barcelona – Kyiv on may 17 in the “black list”.

“The female passenger 29-30 years old, being in an alcohol intoxication, behaved inappropriately and at the stage of descent of the aircraft staged a drunken brawl, beat sitting next passengers, swearing. Unique video of what happened on Board the aircraft, took off on mobile devices, other passengers on that flight… This behavior is totally unacceptable. UIA introduced hooliganism in the list of passengers to avoid the recurrence of similar situations in the future,” stated on the official website of the airline in Facebook.

In the future, the passenger will be denied travel on the entire route network of UIA.
