EU countries intend to consider the extension of sanctions imposed against 150 people and 37 organizations from Ukraine and Russia in connection with infringement of territorial integrity of Ukraine. It is reported by the journalist of “Radio Liberty” Rikard Jozwiak on his page in Twitter.

Earlier it was reported that the EU Council has extended until March 6, 2018 the decision on freezing the accounts of 15 people suspected of theft of state property of Ukraine or the abuse of power that led to the loss of budgetary funds .

Recall the first time the EU imposed sanctions against 150 people and 37 companies from Ukraine and Russia in March 2014 due to the annexation of Crimea. In September 2016, the sanctions were extended until March 15, 2017.
