The head of delegation of European Union to Ukraine Huu Mingarelli hopes that the EU will keep the unity in question to maintain the current sanctions against the Russian Federation, but stressed that the EU is not considering the possibility of imposing new sanctions against Russia from further aggression and violations of territorial integrity of Ukraine. He said this in an interview to “UNIAN”.

Mention, hold out a unity of the EU regarding sanctions, given the fact that this year in a number of countries-EU members the elections will be held and may be replaced by power, the Ambassador expressed hope that the sanctions will be maintained.

“We hope that the EU can maintain its unity in this matter of sanctions against Russia,” said Mingarelli .
