The fact of the fire in the hotel “Tokyo Star” launched a criminal investigation, the press service of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine.

“In the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information under part 2 of article 270 (violation established by the legislation of fire safety requirements) of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – stated in the message on the official website of the Ministry of interior on Saturday morning.

As previously reported, from Odessa in the night of Saturday, August 17, there was a fire in the hotel “Tokyo star, str, 1, which killed eight people, injured 10 people.
