Ukraine news: Former President of the court of Appeal of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Valery Cornamuse reported in absentia on suspicion of treason.
The former Chairman of Appellate court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Valeriy Chernobuk declared wanted by Ukrainian law enforcement officers.
This was during a broadcast on the Public said the first Deputy Prosecutor of the ARC of Nikolai Ivanets.
According to him, last week in the Sumy area searches were conducted in absentia and to him reported about suspicion.
“He is hiding from the investigation, but we are my evidence that he is in the territory of Ukraine”, – said iwaniec.
He stressed that the former official Sumy region was declared wanted.
Earlier, Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko declared that ex-the Chairman of Appellate court of the Crimea was handed to the suspicion of an offense under article 111 of the criminal code (treason ). According to the public Prosecutor, Chernobuk carried out subversive activities in particular helped move the Crimean courts in the administration of justice on the basis of the legislation of Russia.
During searches of Chernobuk was not home, so the suspicion under code of criminal procedure, handed over to his relatives.
