At the initiative of the people’s Deputy from “Oppositional platform for life” Tatiana Platchkova began the chemical analysis of seawater at the place of accident of the tanker “Delphi” in Odessa, the press service opsi.

According to the report, the analysis will be the scientists of the Institute of colloid chemistry and water chemistry of NAS of Ukraine. The diversion of water carried out by certified divers directly from the tanker on the bottom and on the surface of the sea. Sealing water and transfer samples scientists conducted in accordance with the law.

“A month the government is silent about the problem of pollution of sea water near Odessa. This could have negative consequences for the health of residents and cause environmental disaster in the region,” said Plachkov.

The Deputy reported that the independent examination will last for two weeks. The official results will help to define and start complex actions for liquidation of consequences of the accident.

As reported in the Gulf of Odessa suffered a calamity Delfi tanker under the flag of Moldova – the ship was torn from its anchors.

As explained by the Administration of seaports of Ukraine, originally, the tanker was in international waters and did not apply for entrance in the Odessa or “South” ports. On the evening of the same day rescuers managed to evacuate with the ship’s three crew members. They were hospitalized, the doctors reported fatigue and hypothermia.
